How I changed the world - Personal stories from people who have made a difference One of the most encouraging and inspiring things we have when we are considering ways of improving access in our communities is the success stories of others. Some of these success stories were achieved easily with a simple phone call while others were hard fought over many months. In this section we thank all those individuals and groups that have fought to improve their community for themselves, others and for those who will follow in the future.
