Public transport Public transport may include trains, buses, ferries, taxis and even planes. The Queensland Government's TransLink website provides information on some forms of accessible transport in south-east Queensland. Some types of public transport are only available in major cities or sometimes are not accessible to all people. This section tells you how to find out what is available where you live. Public transport options are changing all the time, and you might want to see how this is happening and how Government policies and laws are causing some of these changes. For more information, go to the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport (2002).
